• The 1LIVE device includes a 1-year limited warranty covering hardware defects under normal use.
• Software-related issues are supported, provided they are not caused by user modification or third-party interference.
• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations once the order has been confirmed and shipped.
• Warranty claims will be honored only for valid manufacturing defects, and repairs or replacements will be evaluated by our authorized technicians.
• Any damage caused by misuse, mishandling, unauthorized repairs, or third-party alterations will void the warranty.
